Further Physical Description: Short brown hair, whitish skin has two antennae that are used for balance and deep blue eyes. Has slightly muscular build for a height of 5'7 earth standard. He can take on anyone and usually win.
Personality and Traits: Dente finds himself ususally enjoying the company of people being friendly and the like, but at the same time enjoy's his own alone time. This was because of his rather large family at which there wasn't any time to one's self to be had. One of his enjoyment's is to sit in a public area and watch people go about their lives. That ususally makes him late for class however but that doesn't stop him, in fact he uses his telapathy to gain answers to tests he hadn't had time to study for, but he only does this rarely so as to not get caught.
Overall Personality: As above in his personality traits, he seems more of a contradiction then most. He enjoys serving in Starfleet is extremely loyal to his friends.
Strengths and Weaknesses: Dente when it comes to a problem is more then just a little bull-headed he will work and slave and push himself until the problem is solved wether its something as small as a defunctioning plasma light, or something as serious as the enviromental systems going offline. This also has its downsides...when he is in this mode he generally refuses to listen his superior officers until the problem is solved will also go without eating sleeping and any other comforts during this time.
Hobbies/Interests: Building small model Starships and flying them via remote control, reading Engineering journals when he can using the Holodeck and finally learning new languages.

Background: Kalidente 'Dente' Evaristo th'Havre was brought up by parents who couldn't have been more different and with people that were every bit as different Dente knew he wouldn't lead a normal life. As his parents were transferred from ship to ship their family grew bigger and ever bigger until finally they settled on Starbase 74 in the Tarsas system. It was there that Dente grew up, He made it through the interance exam and passed then joined the ranks of other cadet's into the fold... w friends on the starbase as well who encouraged him to join Starfleet.
Afterwards he was posted on various different vessels througout his career moving further and further up the line. Suffered a tradgedy aboard one of his postings which he still won't speak of as it is something that was very tragic for him and very much a personal loss. He's now been assigned to his third starship, one of the few New-Orleans-class Vessels left in the fleet as Chief Engineer.
Staying aboard this New-Orelans Class Vessel for a few years promoted several times till he was promoted to Executive Officer.
